As part of our ongoing commitment to transparency and timely investor communication, we’re sharing a focused update on one notable case in our portfolio: J062.
This debt was previously progressing through the legal recovery process. Thanks to the thorough and proactive work of the servicing company team, an out-of-court settlement was successfully reached. This allowed the case to bypass further court proceedings and move directly to the final recovery phase.
In simple terms, Debt J062 advanced to recovery step 24 – Sale of Estate, following the signing of a debt cancellation agreement and the formal transfer of the property for sale.

This jump from Step 1 to the final step highlights the flexibility and effectiveness of our alternative recovery methods when handling real estate–backed NPLs.
What Does This Mean for Investors?
We have received confirmation from the servicing company that an out-of-court settlement has been reached with the debtor and that the debt cancellation agreement has been signed. As a result, the property has been overtaken and moved directly into the Sale of Estate phase.
The servicing company will now move forward with preparing the property and launching the sales process, targeting a sale price aligned with valuation benchmarks. Once the sale is completed, the transaction will be announced as a debt repayment event and settled with investors’ accounts in line with Indemo’s standard procedures.
Why It Matters
This case is another strong example of how alternative recovery flows can deliver effective outcomes, even for debts in the early Flow stages, without the need to complete the entire legal recovery cycle.
By resolving the case out of court, the recovery timeline was significantly shortened—bringing the asset to market faster and potentially improving annualized return dynamics for investors.
