This launch marks the first step in our mobile-first product journey and brings the Indemo investment experience to investors’ mobile devices. From registration and KYC to exploring opportunities, tracking portfolio performance, monitoring payments, and staying up to date with important investment information, the Indemo app is designed to make real-estate-backed investing more convenient, accessible, and connected.
From roadmap to reality
Earlier this year, we shared our 2026 roadmap with investors in Indemo 2.0: Our 2026 roadmap, Part II: mobile-first.
In that update, we explained that almost 90% of our community members use Indemo on mobile devices and expect an app-like experience. We also shared that one of our main product goals for 2026 was to make Indemo more convenient for passive real estate debt investing by launching a dedicated mobile app and improving the way investors access key portfolio information.
The launch of the Indemo app is the delivery of that roadmap milestone.
It also follows another important product update: the launch of Indemo’s refreshed website look, including a new landing page, insights page, and product page. Together, these updates reflect the same direction: making Indemo easier to understand, easier to access, and easier to use.
Why the Indemo app matters
Indemo was built to give investors access to discounted, mortgage-backed debt opportunities connected to Spanish real estate.
