For R233 & R224: These assets are in the auction phase (Steps 10 and 12). The path toward exit typically involves completing the auction process to a third-party bidder or acquiring the asset for a direct market sale.

For R238: Currently at Step 5, the debtor has been requested to pay. Exit paths include out-of-court settlement with a debtor or continuing through the legal flow toward a court-ordered auction.
