We started July strong and we are ending July stronger with yet another successful repayment – the fifth one this year! This marks the Jubilee 10th Debt Repayment on Indemo!
This time €253,199.40 in principal and interest was repaid to our investors from the R002 debt. This repayment affected 1,093 investors, making up 21.7% of all active Notes on the platform. It marks yet another significant milestone for Indemo and continues to demonstrate the reliability of our Discounted Debt investment model.
Annual ROI ranged from 15.02% to 30.75%. The annual average weighted ROI for this repayment was 17.27%, reinforcing the consistent returns our community of investors is seeing through real estate-backed recovery strategies.

At Indemo, every Discounted Debt investment is backed by real residential property in Spain, giving investors a tangible asset and a real sense of confidence in the recovery process.
R002 is no exception.
The property is located at the street Guinardera in the urbanization "Zona Residencial Can Font", belonging to the municipality of Castellar del Vallès, northwest of the city of Barcelona, it is close to other municipalities such as Terrassa and Sabadell. It is a consolidated residential area made up of detached single-family houses, where most of them have gardens and swimming pools. The property has a porch floor where you access the house, a first floor and a loft, as well as a garden area.
The debt was first listed on February 16, 2024, while in the Submission Confirmation stage. It remained in our recovery pipeline until the full repayment on July 28, 2025, during the Trial stage.
