What to Keep in Mind
If you’re invested in multiple Notes within the same debt, you might notice variations in returns. This occurs because each investment's ROI depends on when it was made in the recovery process. Earlier investments tend to offer higher returns due to lower Price-to-Value (PTV) ratios, while later-stage investments may involve quicker exits but come with higher PTVs.
To optimize your investments, consider factors like the debt’s listing date, flow stage, and PTV ratio. Investing in earlier recovery stages means lower prices but a longer holding period, while later-stage Notes can provide quicker liquidity at a higher entry price.
How to Check Your Returns?
