Q1 2026 at a Glance: Strong Growth Continues
Indemo entered 2026 with strong momentum, and Q1 continued that trajectory. During the quarter, Indemo moved from:
17,000+ investors to almost 20,000 investors
€25 million total invested to almost €30 million
€22 million Assets Under Administration to €27 million
€2.9 million repaid all-time to €3.1 million
These numbers reflect continued investor demand, platform activity, and growing confidence in Indemo’s discounted debt investment model.
Q1 Repayments: Two More Successful Exits
Q1 2026 also brought two repayments to investors.
The first was A98, Apartment in Extramurs, Valencia, repaid in February 2026.
This case was especially important because it was also featured in Behind the Flow Chapter 1. The debtor’s delaying opposition was defeated, and the debt was later successfully sold at a premium on the institutional secondary market, resulting in repayment to investors.

The second repayment was J051, House in Aznalcázar, Sevilla, repaid in March 2026.

Together, these repayments show how recoveries can happen through different paths, including legal progression, settlements, and institutional secondary market exits.
Roadmap Progress: What We Promised and What We Delivered
In the Q1 Review Video, Sergey and David also discuss the Indemo 2.0 roadmap and how product delivery is progressing. The video also touches on what is planned next. We do not go too deep into every roadmap item in this blog, because Sergejs and David explain the thinking behind these updates in the full video.

Behind the Flow: Why We Created It
Another key topic in the video is Behind the Flow, our new content series created to give investors a clearer look at what is happening behind selected discounted debt opportunities. The goal is simple: to help investors understand that visible stage movement is only one part of the picture. Many important actions happen behind the scenes, including legal preparation, opposition handling, court submissions, settlement pressure, and potential secondary market discussions.
In Chapter 1 and Chapter 2, we looked at several real Indemo opportunities, including A69, A98, A97, A65, A113, A111, A70, and R001.
These cases show different recovery situations. Some are moving through appeal routes, some are waiting for specific court steps, and others have reached advanced recovery stages. One of the strongest examples is A98, which was covered in Behind the Flow Chapter 1 and later became the first discounted debt repayment of 2026. That is exactly why this type of content matters. It gives investors more context, more transparency, and a better understanding of how discounted debt opportunities can develop over time.
