Base Prospectus Approved for Indemo Discounted Debt Investments
We are excited to announce that we’ve just passed one of the most important final milestones before Indemo goes live!
Latvijas Banka (the Central Bank of Latvia) has recently approved* the Base Prospectus for our upcoming core product - Discounted Debt Investments, meaning it meets the standards of completeness, comprehensibility and consistency imposed by the Prospectus Regulation. This isn’t an endorsement from the competent authority but rather a stamp of approval on the legitimacy of the product.
This is big news for us because in order to offer investment products to clients, we needed two regulatory permissions. The first is an investment firm license for the services provider itself, which we were awarded not long ago. The second is for the securities offering prospectus to be approved by the competent authority before the product is offered to investors.
Indemo.eu now has both, giving us a significant advantage as it allows us to apply for permission to provide services and offer investment opportunities through EU/EEA member states!
Our investors will be able to access a comprehensive description document, where they can find clear information on risk, product descriptions, structure, and tax implications - helping them make informed investment decisions.
