We're excited to share some important updates regarding the stages of certain debts in our portfolio. Five Discounted Debts listed on Indemo have recently changed their Flow steps.

- Previous Status: Title Registration
- New Status: Access to Estate

R002 - House in Castellar del Valles
- Previous Status: Cargo Certificate
- New Status: Summon Issued
- Description: The court notifies the debtor and mandates the debtor to either settle the outstanding debt or oppose the claim.
A98 - Apartment in Extramurs
- Previous Status: Opposition
- New Status: Auction Initiated
- Description: The Lending Company requests the court to initiate an auction of the real estate collateral. The court sets the date and publishes information about the upcoming auction. This stage is crucial for the liquidation of the asset to recover the owed amount.
